BOOKING POLICY

We are excited you’re here!

To ensure you understand all aspects of booking an appointment, please read the following:

All Appointments will require a 50% deposit in order to book an appointment. The deposit will hold your appointment, and is fully refundable if your appointment is canceled within 72 hours.

If your appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours, your deposit will be credited to your account and available for use toward your next appointment or product purchase.

If your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required for future appointments.

If your appointment is missed, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of your appointment will be required, along with a new deposit, in order to book a new appointment.

We are a human-focused, fair and reasonable company, and no one will be penalized for life circumstances beyond their control. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, please call and ask for a manager, and we will take your needs into consideration. 

When an appointment is booked online, we reserve the right to contact you to change your appointment if there is a concern with the timing. 

All appointments booked online will be honored, and if you are a new color or chemical client who we determine requires a consultation prior to having a service, we will find an option for you. Your deposit will be credited toward your service, even if your appointment has to be moved to a different time to ensure we can give you the best service possible.
