To make sure you understand all the details of booking an appointment with us, please read the following:
All appointments require a 50% deposit to book. The deposit holds your appointment time and is fully refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours in advance.
More than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit is credited to your account for use toward your next visit or product purchase.
Within 24 hours of your appointment: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Guests who no-show an appointment forfeit their deposit and are asked to prepay in full for any future bookings.
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled start. After that, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule — and either way, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Color corrections, extensions, and bridal services always start with a paid consultation. We take the time to plan properly — it’s the only way to give you what you actually came in for.
Our space is designed for our guests to relax and unwind. We ask that extra guests and children be limited to those receiving services. Thank you for helping us maintain the calm.
