From the beginning, Fringe has been a place where relationships matter just as much as the work we create. A place where clients could feel comfortable, trust their stylist, and know their hair was being cared for with intention.

Over the years, the salon has grown and evolved — but that foundation has remained.

And today, we’re building on it.

Founded on listening.

Fringe was founded by Ashley with a vision of creating a salon centered around thoughtful, personalized hair care.

With more than 15 years behind the chair, Ashley built Fringe around the belief that no two clients — or heads of hair — are exactly alike.

The salon became a place where consultation came first, education mattered, and clients could build long-term relationships with stylists they trusted.

That foundation shaped the salon Fringe is today.

Hind stepped into ownership in 2026.

A longtime Fringe stylist, Hind spent years behind the chair — getting to know the salon, its clients, and the community surrounding it — before stepping into ownership.

Her vision is to create a space where everyone who walks through the door feels seen, heard, and valued.

A salon where exceptional hair is expected — but how you feel while you’re here matters just as much.

We want to understand your hair, but we also want to understand you — what you love, what isn’t working, how much maintenance fits your life, and how you want to feel when you leave.

From there, your stylist will create a personalized plan for your hair, talk you through the recommendations, and make sure you understand what maintaining your look will realistically involve.

You don’t need to know the right salon terminology.

You don’t need to know exactly what service to book.

And you definitely don’t need to walk in with all the answers.
